

THANK GOD we got the "shuttle" when we did, because what then? Would we be told there was no shuttle again? The driver himself was fine, but the whole way this place is run is ridiculous. The driver told us it was his last day, he was quitting because he hated the job and was ENDING AT 11AM. This time it was a black unmarked vehicle. We took the 10AM shuttle The last time I was here, the shuttle was an actual shuttle bus. Why have a text feature at all? The next morning we were leaving, we were told the shuttle would be running every 30 minutes, no reservation necessary. But it was frustrating that they send you a text to be at the shuttle pick up area and then when you reply, they don't show up or even text back. So they tell you to take a taxi and will reimburse you for the taxi ride. No one arrived after waiting 15-20 minutes, we called and they said there was NO SHUTTLE DRIVER - he "called in sick." Oddly enough, the last time I stayed at this hotel in 2016, they had the same problem when I arrived.
